Delete your account and data: Sachiv Sathi
This page explains how to ask the Gram Sachiv Welfare Association Haryana to delete your Sachiv Sathi app account and the data linked to it.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to gramsachivharyana@gmail.com from the email address you registered with.
- Use the subject Delete my account.
- In the message, write your full name and registered phone number so we can confirm it is you.
We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your login account
- Your profile details: name, father's name, date of birth, phone, email, address, home town, Aadhaar number, employee ID, panchayat
- Your profile photo and any chat messages and suggestions you sent
- Your push notification token
What may be kept
- An anonymous record that a vote was cast in an election, so that results stay valid
- Payment records that the law or Razorpay requires us to keep, such as the payment ID and amount, for up to 7 years
To ask us to delete only some of your data without closing your account, use the same email address and tell us what to remove.
