1. About
These terms apply to the Sachiv Sathi app and this website, run by Gram Sachiv Welfare Association Haryana ("the Association", "we").
2. Membership
Membership is open to Gram Sachivs and eligible persons accepted by the Association. You must give correct information when you register. An administrator reviews each registration, and the Association may accept or reject it.
3. Fee
The membership fee is ₹1,020, paid online through Razorpay when you register in the app. The fee supports the Association's activities and the running of the app. Prices are in Indian rupees.
4. Your account
Keep your login private. Do not share, misuse or attempt to disrupt the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.
5. Voting and content
Voting is open only to approved members. Notices and documents in the app are for members and must not be copied or shared outside the Association without permission.
6. Privacy

7. Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, the Association is not liable for losses from interruptions or errors in the app.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts in Haryana.
