Refund & Cancellation Policy

Membership fee

The membership fee of ₹1,020 is non-refundable once your membership has been approved and activated, because it is used for the Association's operations.

When we refund

• If your payment was deducted twice or in error, we refund the extra amount.
• If your payment succeeded but your registration was rejected by the Association, we refund the fee in full.
• If payment was deducted but your registration did not complete because of a technical fault, we either complete it or refund you.

How to request a refund

Email gramsachivharyana@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment with your name, registered phone number, and the Razorpay payment ID or a screenshot of the payment.

Timeline

We review requests within 5 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually in 5 to 7 working days.

Cancellation

You may stop using the app at any time. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of the membership fee after approval.
